{stationery series #3}

AN ARTY PARTY "Please excuse the mess, the children are making memories" A celebration of all that is colourful and messy... yes, children are messy so let's embrace it. Probably my fav of the series, it certainly took me the longest to 'narrow down' which shots to use. Loved them all (Tanya you're awesome)! This is the last in the series for now, and probably this year... I look forward to passing on more party inspiration to you all next year... I hope you've enjoyed the visual candy as much as I have creating it. 'Tis the season, so if you're in need of any party, special event or wedding stationery or styling, you are most welcome to click on the "Say Hello" button to the left or contact via the social pages. Until then, happy celebrating! Pin It   Pin It Credits: Chesterton Smith Photography - a passionate wedding...

French Country wedding stationery

My work has a 'hand crafted' feel about it  with an emphasise on gorgeous typography, textured paper and 3d elements incorporated as often as I can. Here are some photos of the first in the Stand Tall Design {stationery series}. It is a 'french country' theme. 2 more posts will be up this week - so stay tuned. Pictured here is the order of service, welcome signage, favour wraps, tags, seating plans and signage ... Our stationery packages are fully customised so we supply all that is needed. Fully themed, styled stationery helps to provide a unique, consistent and memorable day. Having a professional style your stationery provides peace of mind, so you can sit back, relax and truly enjoy your special occasion. If you like what you see I'd love you to share it with your friends, tell them about my work or comment below - your feedback is...

{Fab Find} seam magazine

Cover seam mag issue 1

Chilling out this weekend at the Finders Keepers market in Brisbane I came across a brand new indie mag and thought I'd share it's goodness with you all. It's a self-published, independent magazine which showcases the amazing work of young and emerging creatives from Australia and around the world. It touches on the more "experienced" folk as well which is great inspiration for start-ups to hear that it is truely possible to do what you love and succeed, it talks about the long-hours necessary (which is awesome for me to read as that is exactly where I'm at right now)... Seam covers a cross section of the arts - illustration, photography, fashion, craft, music, the list goes on. It's a little pocket rocket of inspiration that is the perfect size to be travelled with. As I mentioned, I picked up the first issue and am the proud owner of #334...

Our website is launched

IT'S TRUE, WE'RE LIVE! We figure it's what we do, so we better do it well. So much hard work and many, many hours have gone into what you see today. We also have a mobile site the desktop site redirects you if you're on a mobile device - which is also pretty cool. You can check it out yourself, if you have a QR or bar scanner app on your phone. So Spring has sprung, and so has our website. Take a look around and we hope you enjoy the view and most importantly leave our site, inspired and ready to create something beautiful. Chao for now.

Welcome to One Red Poppy

ONE RED POPPY HAS BLOOMED! All that inspires us in the Stand Tall Design studio comes here to land in the field of 'One Red Poppy'. Here we cover all the studio goss, design conferences, all things art and design, beautiful paper (my passion), industry related books that keep us up late at night and anything that captivates us! So soak it up and leave rosie-cheeked and energised after running bare-foot through the field of 'One Red Poppy'.
